Review Invite Cron Job

The following line should be added to the CRON, if you want automatically send notification. How to set cron job in directadmin?

To prevent create temp files by cron job. Update cron job like below or add -O /dev/null after wget -q

should set for long intervals, for example: every 12 hours or every 6 hours.

should set for short intervals, for example: every 30 minutes or every 10 minutes.

Preview Email Template

Add Email To Which You Will Receive Rendered Email Template As Email Message.
Give active valid email address only, otherwise you will not receive an email. If you see success message for cronjob email template but not receive the email it might because sometimes email delayed by email server itself.
Enter Order ID For Email Template Preview Testing. Given Order ID Order Status and E-mail of User Who Place Order Will Get Ignore. PS: Provide Only One Order Id At One Time.
Enter Order ID like 20 or 50 or 1 or 100 .

Choose Either First Invite Email or After First Invite Email Template For Previewing.
Choose Store for store name, logo, link, etc.
Choose Language for email template preview language.

Review Invite Cron Job

Send Review Invite E-mail to customer On when new order added.
Status of order on which review invite email will send.
Keep CTRL pressed for multiple select
Select Customers Groups to which review Invitation mail will not send
Keep CTRL pressed for multiple select
Re-send Review Invite E-mail to customer to whom already invited and still not give review.
Review Invite E-mail will send after x days. Current Order Status effective on the day E-Mail will send.
Must set cron job based on above days. Recommend to set cron job daily base
Set max reminders limit. This will tell how many Reviews Invite E-mail send customers. After that customers will no longer receive invite emails. Admin can re-enable send invites fron invite log.
Set Cron Job URL Secret code. It could be anything alphanumric text. Max 10 characters
Set minimum number of mails to send per batch. Note: Lower the number the more frequency of cron URL need to update in cron demoan. The minimum recommended value is 100 and frequency is: Every 5 minute cron url should execute
After First Invite Email

Dynamic custom message for Customer/Guest users. Short code to use {CUSTOM_MSG} in Mail Message. Do not use any Short code in customer and guest users message input.

First Invite Email
Review Invite E-mail will send after x days. After Current Order Status exists in selected order statues.
Do not send email from orders list. Untill order status meet with selected order statuses and first invite email send!
